Brush Creek Ranch Wedding

Vanessa and Jim had an amazing wedding this week at Brush Creek Ranch in Wyoming. I met Vanessa and Jim in Big Sur in 2019 for their engagement session and I couldn’t wait to photograph their Wyoming wedding. Their closest friends and family joined them at the amazing Brush Creek Ranch Wedding Venue for the most amazing week of celebration. Wyoming in October has incredible fall colors, the yellow aspen tree’s against the stormy sky were breathtaking.

I joined Vanessa and Jim for their rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and a sunrise day after session. My favorite part of the wedding day was the light streaming through Vanessa’s getting-ready suite and Jim’s sweet vows to Vanessa. I loved exploring the property with them both and even though it was cold; they toughed it out and wore lots of Pendelton in between.

The most anticipated and exciting part for me as a photographer was the sunrise running of the horses. Although it was freezing and Vanessa and Jim were tired I’m SOO happy they toughed it out because I’m ready to blow those images up on my own walls.
