So let's dive in and start planning your dream elopement in this incredible desert oasis!

First and foremost my flying essentials :

A little back story: I was constantly sick and ALWAYS when I was flying a few years ago, I was burning the candle at both ends and not taking care of myself AT ALL. So now I take my health and supplements pretty seriously!

LMNT- I’m chronically dehydrated when traveling or flying to different climates. LMNT really helps me avoid hypotension and makes me feel overall better!

Chomps beef sticks - protein when traveling and having access to healthy snacks is a priority.

Individual olive packs from Trader Joe’s- are so amazing.

Dry Bone broth packs- my favorite is bare bones broth beef flavor. Essential when traveling at night or in cold temperatures it’s comforting and packs of punch of protein.

Armra Colostrum- I get the travel packs. These are still so new to me but I’ll take anything to help me not get sick!

A travel water bottle to fill up at the airport after security. Having a large bottle always helps me drink more and makes adding my supplements easier.
